I need to reset my password to play A-10C multiplayer as the automated system is not emailing me but I have had no response at all from the support ticket. How do I get some results on this?

It was just christmas (in russia, christmas was on January 7th, due to Julian calendar used in the church), so there may be a backlog. When did you enter the support ticket?

 

Also, have you checked spam filters and similar for those password reset mails?

Hi Ethereal,

 

Thanks for the reply. I didn't know Christmas was the 7th for Russia. I submitted the ticket on the 8th so it's been two days. It's frustrating as it is just a password issue but the automated system isn't sending it. I have checked my spam filters :-)
