EtherealN Posted January 10, 2012 Posted January 10, 2012 It was just christmas (in russia, christmas was on January 7th, due to Julian calendar used in the church), so there may be a backlog. When did you enter the support ticket? Also, have you checked spam filters and similar for those password reset mails? I submitted the ticket on the 8th so it's been two days. It's frustrating as it is just a password issue but the automated system isn't sending it.
