Strix Posted January 16, 2012 Posted January 16, 2012 Hi! Next question. I will by the Cougar MFD pack as soon as I can afford it  Gone take a while... Until then I will build a the upper part of the front with left and right MFCD and mount my 8" screen behind, but I dont know the size of the Cougar inside frame (the hole) so I can cut it out in the front, I don't want to do it to big, so I have to make a new front  I need it measured in mm. Thx a lot. Win 10 64. GTX1080 ti 11 Gb, Intel i-5, 16 Gb ram, SSD 1,5 Tb, 2 Terrabyte HD, Monitor ASUS XG32V 144Hz, Slaw Milans Rudder Pedals BF109F , Joystick - HOTAS Warthog, Throttle - HOTAS Warthog, TrackIR V5. Pimax 5.
Crescendo Posted January 16, 2012 Posted January 16, 2012 I measured my Cougar MFDs with a ruler. Ignoring the curved internal corners (i.e. assume a perfect square), the "hole" is 109x109mm. . [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
PeterP Posted January 16, 2012 Posted January 16, 2012 (edited) You should also install this nice tool: http://www.pixelwindowapp.com/ Comes in very handy - especially when writing monitor-configurations for DCS and measuring the needed px size for the MFCDs. Edited January 16, 2012 by PeterP
