custom skins don't work after patch

Hello, all custom skins don't work after patch. I use the German version. After i install the latest patch 1.1.1.1, can`t see my and all other customm skins...... any tipps for me??

Re-install the custom skins. The patch will overwrite any changes to you graphics config made when you installed the skins.
