You can change the PAINT SCHEME for the aircraft under PAYLOAD button (last part on the right). Than you have different Luftwaffe Skins.

 

Just an idea, bring the Ka-50 closer to the AO (maybe on a FARP), they must fly a hell of long way until they come to the target.
