Loose Flight Model

Hello, I have the Logitech Extreme 3D Pro, i was able to get the throttle to work, but the flight model is loose in pitch and roll. Adjusting the x and y axis doe's not help. Very hard to land planes or even play the game. Is there a solution to this problem?
