Game doesn't run TrackIR

The game doesn't recognize the TrackIR

The green LED on the right of the camera that indicates a compatable game is running is not lit and the device will not function with the game.

I have tried updating the game list in the TIR and checking the files of the game.

I am using a TrackIR5 and running Vista 64-bit

just reinstalled the software, I had tried that before but this time unplugged and re-plugged the camera, now it works
