Hello everyone my first post here. I've purchased LOMAC and FC2, not installed yet, I wanted to verify recommended setup of hard disks. I'm coming from a MS Flight Simulator background and would appreciate answers to the following:

Q1a) Will I see better performance when installing LOMAC and FC2 to a separate hard disk than Win7?

Q1b) If the answer to 1a is Yes, then will I see better performance if I increase the format block size for the LOMACFC2 drive to 64KB (I do this for the drive that I run FSX from). I'm thinking of possible advantages for scenery loading.

The texture loading in FC is not so much of a problem in comparison to FSX. In my opinion it won`t make much of a difference where you install.. both your HDD have 7200 RPM..You can still install on the other one to sleep better..

Cheers, welcome to the forums
