Deployment campaign

I've just started the deployment campaign now that I can actually manage to bring the ka-50 in for a landing most of the time on a clear day. Doing the first two missions of this campaign: both missions after hitting the pause key to start the mission my ka-50 wants to lurch into the air.

 

I've tried with both the Sync HOTAS to cockpit on & off. I make sure my collective is all the way down before hitting the pause -

 

Is there something I'm missing?

 

I guess it's not an insurmountable problem - I only did damage to the aircraft the first try on the first mission as it caught me off guard and I tried to correct - If I leave the controls alone the nose pops up then slams down, but doesn't seem hard enough to actually damage the aircraft.

Think that's pretty normal, as far as I know is does no damage. I wouldnt worry about it.

I have the same problem. I noticed that it started after I selected the option: MISC. -> "Sync Cockpit Controlls with HOTAS controlls at missionstart."

Since then I noticed the lurching.
