How to control artillery

I have several artillery groups (MLRS) initially AI off. Then I switch them to AI ON and want them to shoot only a defined area (got a triggered action to fire at point). My problem is that they start to shoot at anything in range before considering my area. can't we constrain those MLRS to only shoot where I want them to and ignore anything else?

Try changing their ROE to = Weapons Hold. Fire at point will still work, they will just ignore other targets that "threaten" them.
