SimFreak
If you search on their forum, many many posts about shabby performance of g940. They don't care. Simple as that.
sthalik
Logitech profiler? Apply a persistent profile. Also make sure that you don't designate a launcher as the application, use simulator.exe or similar.
pieceofmind
I sent a support request to Logitech on the 4th of September last year (regarding the reversal bug). I got an email confirmation saying to expect a response within 48 hours. I've yet to receive a response from them, even with 'bumping' the question a couple weeks later. I can only conclude Logitech don't have any support at all.

Bungle_uk
I wouldnt recommend using the logitech profiler to configure your controls to DCS. Instead I would leave everything as directx buttons (Default) then use the DCS mapping in game to assign the controls. Granted its going to take a little bit of effort to map each control that you need but the + side is that DCS has its own control set for each airframe and its also quite powerful in that you can adjust response curves / deadzones and even assign a button to be used as a shift to effectivley double or even triple the no. of buttons available to you. pieceofmind
But they have your money ... right? Yes, unfortunately. Now all I can do is warn others to steer clear.
