Downloaded Beta A-10C

Hello all,I originally pre purchased and downloaded the original beta version of A-10C when it was released and updated to the last pre patch version as each version was released.

I have built a new system and and can`t find my original purchase details on the merged DCS web site and when I run the latest version 1.1.1.1 it asks for a serial number which I didn`t think I had with the original download.

I have tried adding 1 to my log in details (old and new merged sites) but this has shown nothing and I have also put a ticket up in user support.

Did any one download the original and did it need a serial or was it just a download and run the .exe ?

Yes it will have needed a serial. I assume you bought from the DCS website. Log in and then and then click software and then A-10. It should list your key there

Thanks for the quick reply mate,I didn`t download it from the current DCS website,I downloaded it from the original Lock ON before DCS came into existence !My purchase is not recorded on the current DCS website.

It was never available on the Lock on Site - It was only ever available from the http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/ website.

 

A serial Key was always required for any DCS product. Login and Go to "My Payments"

Found it thanks guys,put a 1 after an old login name.
