Topgun505 Posted May 17, 2012 Posted May 17, 2012 I've had BS2 for a while and of course have done numerous changes to the keybindings for my controllers. I recently installed a new pc and will be putting BS2 on it. My question is ... what file and/or folders do I need to transfer from the old pc to the new one to preserve my keybindings profile? Topgun505 Win 11 Pro, Intel Core i9-14900kF, Gigabyte RTX 4080 Super, 128 GB DDR5, Corsair Hx1000i, Alienware 34" 2K LED, TrackIR 5 Pro, WinWing F-16EX, WinWing F-15Ex throttle, VPC Warbird rudder, Thrustmaster MFDs x3, Black Hog box.
PeterP Posted May 17, 2012 Posted May 17, 2012 (edited) If you move within a same version > 1.1.1.1. It's absolute save to copy over the files in your "saved games" folder: C:\Users\>your user name<\Saved Games\DCS BlackShark 2 If something goes wrong you will have to remove the BS2 folder from your "saved Games" path again - so DCS will recreate a default one at next start. You are always good advised to save also your controller profile(s) within DCS in-game via the controller settings page. So you can also load them manually. Edited May 17, 2012 by PeterP
