Buildings shadow bug?

I've been editing some missions and noticed while in bad weather the building's shadow appear dark black even when the building itself isn't visible. It happens when I add heavy snow to the mission. Does it happen with someone else?

 

I've attached some pictures and a simple mission to reproduce the problem..
