Replace an Airbase by another one

Is there a way to replace an Airbase, for example..

 

I like the coordination of the "Khersones" Airbase, cuz its close to the Sea and there are not tha Big citys around thats nice, tha only problem, tha Base itself is a lil bit to small, can i replace the Base by tha "Krymsk" Airbase (or whatever the Name is) ???? I tryed to rename and overwrite it but it don't work cuz tha base will dissapear then and is nomore inside the Game, would be nice if ya'll got an idea...I still can use tha base if there's no other way.

Not sure I understand exactly what you mean. You like Khersones but it is too small so you want to simulate the Crimeans doing a lot of extra building work by replacing it with another base that has more taxiways and shelters?

I don't know if that is possible. The only thing I have read about is that there is a Mod made a while ago that made a base near the coast in northern Turkey (Merzifon I think it was called). To do that the mod designer had to steal one of the Crimea bases (Razdolnoye I think he used).
