jumee32 Posted June 6, 2012 Posted June 6, 2012 Hi all! I am new here and just begin to play with DCS A-10C. My problem is that my plane are pitching up and rolling to the right slowly when my controller is at default position. I have a very simple Logitech Attack 3 Joystick. In other sims I doesn't have this problem. I tried a lot of things with axis tune but no results. Anyone can help me what should I do? :helpsmilie:
sumerion Posted June 6, 2012 Posted June 6, 2012 Hi there. Is it calibrated? ..or.. Maybe you just need to trim your plane. ASUS P7P55D - i5@3.8 - 8GB RAM - ATI6950 2GB - Logitech G940 - TIR 5
jumee32 Posted June 7, 2012 Author Posted June 7, 2012 Of course it is calibrated! In other sims I doesn't have this problem.
cichlidfan Posted June 7, 2012 Posted June 7, 2012 What about the other part, 'trim'? Most payloads on the A-10 are asymetrical which will account for a certain amount of roll in an aircraft at zero trim. Also the aircraft will only maintain level flight at a given airspeed with a given elevator trim. You must trim everytime the you change your airspeed in order to re-establish level flight. Extreme 8GB, Corsair HX1000i, Phillips BDM4065UC 40" 4k monitor, VX2258 TouchScreen, TIR 5 w/ProClip, TM Warthog, VKB Gladiator Pro, Saitek X56, et. al., MFG Crosswind Pedals #1199, VolairSim Pit, Rift CV1
sumerion Posted June 7, 2012 Posted June 7, 2012 Then try to trim. The A10 needs that.. Like an addiction. I trim directly after takeoff both pitch and roll to keep the flight straight ASUS P7P55D - i5@3.8 - 8GB RAM - ATI6950 2GB - Logitech G940 - TIR 5
jumee32 Posted June 7, 2012 Author Posted June 7, 2012 Ok! Thanks guys! I will try this. Thanks again!
