Program crash on starting multiplayer

I get the following message when trying to launch Multiplayer:

Runtime Error!

 

Program: C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\bin\DCS.exe

 

R6030

- CRT not initialized

Followed by the application simply failing to launch. I'm able to launch Multiplayer via the regular DCS World executable just fine (Launcher.exe), but not via the shortcut.

This is very reproducable and happens every time.
