Multi Monitor hud stretched across both

I use a two monitor setup for A-10C where the MFCDs are exported to the second monitor and the cockpit on the main screen.

 

When in CA, I still only get the view on the main monitor, but the HUD is stretched across both screens.

 

Is there a way to fix this?

binocular view is still fubar, but at least this is a start.

Also always the pb with the F10 mapview ... waiting for a fix
