Requires elivation?

So just downloaded DCS world and Combined arms, unistalled A10 and Ka50

as instructed.

 

installed World, but when run I receive this error

 

"Unable to execute file

g:\dcsworld\bin\launcher.exe

 

CreatePeocess failed; code 740.

the requested operation requires elevation"

 

 

So far both A10 and KA50 have run with out any issues. i have not tryed to install again yet as would like to sort out world

 

 

any body any ideas on what i should try please

Maybe try running as admin? I've never seen that before.

Thanks I had to INSTALL as admin but now i get a error when i try to launch one of the aircraft

 

though BS2 works if i launch outside DCS world

 

so from one problem to another. Still need help :helpsmilie:

Try renaming the folder DCS is in to anything but "DCS World". No need to reinstall just rename it.

ok Im getting this error now when i try to update dcs World!

I cant update to the latest 1.2.3 version unless i uninstall the previous version. can some tell me how to get all the elements to work together?

 

Not botherd about reinstalling everything again if it will get all to work

 

Currently got dcs world installed in G:\eagle dynamics\DCS Flight

with A10 and KA50 in G:\eagle dynamics\

would like to add combine arms and the mustang to the set later but not if i have to uninstall and install every patch
