EtherealN Posted August 9, 2012 Posted August 9, 2012 Which download did you install to your DCS World? Note that if you purchase an upgrade license, and then use the non-upgrade download, your key will not work. You must use the one that is named "Upgrade". If you still have the install files, make sure that it is named: KA-50_bsupd_1.2.0.63205.exe If you purchased an upgrade version, and the text "bsupd" is not in the installer name, then you used the wrong download. http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/index.php?scr=product&ProductId=13&end_pos=136&lang=en [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Daniel "EtherealN" Agorander | Даниэль "эфирныйн" Агорандер Intel i7 2600K @ 4.4GHz, ASUS Sabertooth P67, 8GB Corsair Vengeance @ 1600MHz, ASUS GTX 560Ti DirectCU II 1GB, Samsung 830series 512GB SSD, Corsair AX850w, two BENQ screens and TM HOTAS Warthog DCS: A-10C Warthog FAQ | DCS: P-51D FAQ | Remember to read the Forum Rules | | | Life of a Game Tester
caponi Posted August 9, 2012 Author Posted August 9, 2012 ohh .... may be that i downloaded the wrong file ... i will check this later ... if i installed the wrong file, how can i uninstall this wrong module from DCSW? and ... have i to install BS-2 (upgrade) over my BS-1 CD version ? and ... if DCS world works fine, could i uninstall the stand alone versions of A10 and BS? i will use only one installation ... thx in advance Cap too much ...
EtherealN Posted August 9, 2012 Posted August 9, 2012 If the DCS World version runs fine, you can indeed remove the standalones. BS2 upgrade does not install on top of BS1 disc version, but the BS1 disc version must be installed and activated on that same computer during installation.
