Your ticket is now about 24 hours old and support is still working on getting back to normal response times (which are two working days).

 

Unfortunately, given the additional information you have provided, there is nothing I can add except explain that waiting lines in the ticketing system are still recuperating.

There appears there were an issue where serial numbers for A-10C were not being issued. The issues have now been fixed. They should now be issued and you should be able to find them in your Payments page.

Hi. Was wondering if anyone saw my ticket# 15524. For some reason blackshark 1 tells me I'm out of activations when I know I didn't use them all.

please check the serial number on this site: http://proactive.star-force.com/2.0/activate.php

 

Just enter it in the serial number field, and then click the "serial number parameters" link. This should give you some more information.
