Razor5-1 Posted August 12, 2012 Posted August 12, 2012 I was conducting some testing just above the stall with gear down and flaps 30 degrees, trimmed level. The aircraft was quite sluggish as you would expect, it took time to roll and quite a bit of stick deflection. However pitching took no effort at all. The slightest bit of back pressure and the aircraft went up to 5 degrees in no time at all. The same for pitching down. Is this how the P-51 handles at low speed? seems odd to me.
