Static vehicles not appearing until late

Some static vehicles don't appear until you're extremely close. Noteable examples are the BTR-80s around the towers at the Anapa, Gelendzhik and Kobleti runway. This makes strafing problematic although a good spray in the general direction before they appear usually works.
