My problem is that after a startup, im unable to switch between modes guns, ccrp,mav on hud by M on keyboard. Did i forgot something to turn on? Im still noob at this.I have a10c for months but now i started to learn startup procedure. Thanks
SmokeyTheLung Posted September 12, 2012 Posted September 12, 2012 Sounds like you didn't enable the EGI and you jet is still in the default, which is HARS mode (a backup navigation mode) ...once your EGI has finished aligning (about 4 min after you turn on the CDU) you need to select NAV mode and then enable the EGI. The button to switch to EGI navigation from HARS navigation is located behind the control stick 1 System specifications: Computer, joystick, DCS world, Beer

I'm at work now and I don't have the exact answer but it is a start up sequence that you have to complete. If you try too early the HUD will not show those modes but you'll see a "Safe" in the bottom left that is present for all but one Master Mode selection (It's Nav Mode).
