I don't have this problem with the A-10C, but when flying the P-51D, I get visual "tearing" effects (as if V-sync were off), even though V-sync is on in my options. I searched this forum for "tearing" and "v-sync" and got zero results. So is this a known issue? If not, I can record a short video and upload it to Youtube.

Make sure V-sync is OFF in video card driver and it's ON in game settings only

If you run Full Screen, this is enough to get V-sync working, but if you run game in windowed mode, make sure you are running Windows Aero theme and in game settings untick Disable Aero Interface

V-sync will work in windowed mode only if you run Aero theme.
