ESzczesniak Posted October 7, 2012 Posted October 7, 2012 Following the recent upgrade (fresh install) to 1.2.1, I am unable to interact with any of the controls in DCS P-51D. The assigned control axes to throttle/propellar/etc do not move their respect controls in the cockpit. Further, while the mouse cursor will change to the green symbols to interact, clicking any switches or buttons does not move them. I have the A-10C module installed as well and all works fine with that. I am suspecting this may have something to do with an error in activation, but DCSW seems to indicate that the module is appropriate activated. Anyone have any thoughts?
Wichid Posted October 7, 2012 Posted October 7, 2012 Yeah there is a mouse cursor issue that will be resolved soon. I think I alt tabbed in and out to sort it out. Lyndiman AMD Ryzen 3600 / RTX 2070 Super / 32G Ram / Win10 / TrackIR 5 Pro / Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS & MFG Crosswind Rudder Pedals
Wichid Posted October 7, 2012 Posted October 7, 2012 Also press the pause-break key to start the game (in case it's still paused!) Lyndiman AMD Ryzen 3600 / RTX 2070 Super / 32G Ram / Win10 / TrackIR 5 Pro / Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS & MFG Crosswind Rudder Pedals
Echo38 Posted October 7, 2012 Posted October 7, 2012 If it were an activation problem, you'd never have been able to enter the cockpit. I have the flashing mouse cursor, too, but it doesn't keep me from clicking switches. If Wichid's Alt-Tab suggestion doesn't fix it, try fiddling with Aero options, both in Windows and in DCS. For example, enabling it in one and disabling it in the other, or disabling both.
