DCS Combined Arms - where to beginn

I have downloaded DCS: World and also have bought the CA-Addon.

Now I have problems finding in the game. Are there any good tutorials (not youtube as my internet connection is under maintenance), maybe in german, where I can learn the basics of ground combat?
