Kenta Posted October 30, 2012 Posted October 30, 2012 I bought a new SSD disk and installed the game on the disk. I'm wondering, which file must I copy from the old disk, so that I can have my keybinds set as I had them set before the new disk. I need an answer fast :P Failure is the mother of all success.

Kenta Posted October 30, 2012 Author Posted October 30, 2012 Everythng is in your Saved Games\DCS folder. But I've already overwritten the whole folder. And the keybinds didn't change :( Failure is the mother of all success.
cichlidfan Posted October 30, 2012 Posted October 30, 2012 Without more details on what you did it is difficult to tell what the problem you are seeing is. That is where the information is stored. I basically took the whole Saved Games/DCS directory from G: drive (old disc) and copyed it to Saved Games/DCS directory on C: drive (new disk). Before that I did a new install of DCS World of course. Failure is the mother of all success.
cichlidfan Posted October 30, 2012 Posted October 30, 2012 That should have worked. Did you try importing the profiles? Personally, I always save my active profiles and then import them to a new install. That always works. Kenta Posted October 30, 2012 Author Posted October 30, 2012 Are the profiles in options.lua? Failure is the mother of all success.
