helidude Posted November 2, 2012 Posted November 2, 2012 So its been 2 months since i opened a ticket, finally i get an email and i think yay! i can finally play black shark again. Instead i find my ticket has been closed. This is just so annoying. All this protection stuff and bad support just helps promotes piracy. If someone can do something about this i would be very grateful. The ticket is #16141. I just need some new unlocks for black shark 1 so i can play it, and possibly purchase bs2, although that might not be wise considering how bad the support is.
