Ground texture corruption

Hi,

 

I recently formatted my windows 7 and tried windows 8, but went back to 7 due to crashes in DCS World.

 

I just tried the command center raid mission for the Su 25T and noticed flickering ground. Its completely unplayable.

 

I don't think I changed anything. I am still using the stable 12.10 driver from ATI and everything else is the same as before.

 

 

 

Any help would be appreciated.
