Bought FC3, reinstalled DCSW, now I can't play A-10C

I just bought FC3 and had a couple questions.

 

First, where is the training for all the aircraft that comes with the game?

 

Why does the Russian Cockpit(s) seem like it's 2D and the F-15 cockpit is more 3D High definition?

 

And how do I unlock my A-10C after reinstalling DCS World?

 

Any insight would be appreciated
