FC3 performance?

I'm very interested to get FC3 as I have LOMAC and FC2 but I've not yet tried any DCS titles.

 

Can anyone who already has the beta comment on the frame rate? I always had trouble with poor framerates in FC2 even after upgrading to a Radeon HD 6850 so I'm quite wary of shelling out again if its not going to be fast enough to play on my machine.

Flying around in FC3 i was getting 70+ fps.

 

While ground pounding in A10c/BS i get 30+

 

For me fps is very high, but if you struggled in FC2 it will only be worse in FC3.

 

best thing to do is get the free DCS World and fly the SU25t about and see what fps is like.
