MadDog-IC Posted November 10, 2012 Posted November 10, 2012 (edited) Have a issues with Mission Editor ETA and speed settings on waypoints. Under some situations AI Helicopter will not continue to the next waypoint, below is and example of a ka50 flight, the same flight with differing lock values for ETA and speed. If there are NO ENEMY forces to worry about, the chopper will continue though all waypoints correctly and on time at correct speeds, no matter what settings are used in the locked ETA or speed values below. If there are ENEMY forces and the ETA is locked for any waypoint that is not the start or end of the flight and the chopper can not get to that way point on time because he has engaged an enemy, the chopper will simply, hover in place permanetly and not follow any other waypoints.:helpsmilie: Results for a 5 waypoint flight - times and speed which are shown are locked for that waypoint, other wise unlocked and enemy at wp1,2,3: If wp0=12:00:00, wp1=150, wp2=150, wp3=150, wp4=150 - (Completes flight OK:thumbup:) If wp0=12:00:00, wp1=150, wp2=150, wp3=150, wp4=12:20:00 - (Completes flight OK:thumbup:) If wp0=12:00:00, wp1=unlocked, wp2=unlocked, wp3=unlocked, wp4=12:20:00 - (Completes flight OK:thumbup:) If wp0=12:00:00, wp1=12:05:00, wp2=12:10:00, wp3=12:15:00, wp4=12:20:00 - (Broken - Chopper stops at first waypoint and hovers indefinitely:music_whistling:) I don't believe I am doing anything incorrect here, have read the manual several time over.
