Flickering Textures on buildings

I looked for a thread about this in DCS World section and couldn't find it, so I've created a new one and will add my findings of such bugs (there aren't many but there are few here and there.

 

Here's a first one, this building is at Mineralnye Vody airport, I am not sure if this flicked is due to shadow or some other texture flicker (as flicker is of very dark colour - close to black)

 

This is in DCS World 1.2.2 7286

My PC is in sig, I am using Catalyst 12.11 Beta 8 but saw this flickering in previous catalyst driver also so I doubt its the drivers, also no other building flickers in this airport, only this one.
