Neutral drive and automatic gears

One thing that I've noticed is that most tanks nowadays have automatic gear boxes and neutral drive (the ability to turn a tank by reversing one tread and advancing the other making it turn on a dime). Will Combined Arms see automatic gears and neutral drive?

I know, the gearbox transmission is like a gun sight, you have to see it to believe it.
