Left engine start

Not sure if this is a bug or has already been reported never noticed it before. But when I start the left engine (right alt+home) it makes the flaps go up during initial start-up sequence. Is this intended?

While standing on the ramp the flaps are fully extended because no hydraulic pressure is available to hold them up.

During the engine start the hydraulic pressure rises and the flaps will move to the position of the flap selector switch.

In short, this is intended and correct. You should switch the flap selector to the actual position of the flaps prior engine start in order to avoid unwanted movement and set the flaps to the desired position later.
