Anatoli-Kagari9 Posted December 15, 2012 Posted December 15, 2012 Sorry for my ignorance, but, although I have read there is a "nvidia inspector" program that is not directly supported by Nvidia but can do "miracles" for your graphics card performance, I never decided to give it a try, primarily because I do not want to get back to sophisticated PC tweaking like I spent months doing in the past, instead of using the simulators :-) But, having read this thread I see that it comes with setting (default) for many gamnes, including DCS (?) I am running win7 64 bit home premium with 8GB DDR3 RAM and an ASUS Nvidia 450 GTS 1GB gr card. Question: Should I try nvidia inspector with this system configuration? I already used the ASUS settings for AI Performance, and I believe I gained 1 oe 2 fps in Silent Wings... I also used the Nvidia control panel to set TSAA after seting it OFF in DCS settings. Will Nviia Inspector try to OC my graphics card (I wouldn't like to risk overheating / damaging it...). Can I expect even better performance simply by using, say, that "Digital Combat Simulator" configuration that comes by default with inspector? Thx for any hints :-) Flight Simulation is the Virtual Materialization of a Dream...
