I want to buy Black Shark 2 and Flaming Cliffs 3, but I can't login to do that. I have requested a password reset using both my username and email address several times and I don't get any response. I'm stuck. :helpsmilie:

EtherealN Posted December 29, 2012 Posted December 29, 2012 Unfortunately, if your dcs account is registered to the same e-mail adress as your forum account, the likely explanation is that the mails were sent to you - but where filtered by your mail service provider. In this case, my recommendation would be to contact customer support, either via e-mail or via registering an additional account. If using an additional account, you will most likely be asked to then contact a specified adress using the mail account that is registered to the account that you wish to retrieve (to secure your identity), at which point the problem can be adressed manually. Unfortunately there is very little beyond this that ED can do in regards to this problem, beyond possibly simply blocking all affected mail adresses entirely such that they cannot be used for the creation of an account (but the relevant ones are, unfortunately, major ones so this would be a considerable inconvenience for a lot of people). I just wish the customer service would be more solid and quicker with response. I havent been able to fly in months.
