Phantom453 Posted January 2, 2013 Posted January 2, 2013 Hi, About five days ago I upgraded my CPU, MB and Video Card. Prior to this I deactivated all my modules (I have all the DCS modules). After I finished the upgrade I re-activated all my modules. All went well except for the BS2 reactivation, which now says my key is invalid because of the hardware changes. the exact message is: "The Activation Key is not valid any more due to significant changes of the computer hardware configuration. Press "Retry" to reactivate the application. If the error recurs, press "Error report" and send the report to product technical support. I have hit retry and have also enclosed the error repost generated by DCS (with my support ticket). On 29 Dec 12 I lodged a support ticket and got an automated response advising that my ticket had been accepted and queued. The ticket number is 18440. I have heard nothing since then and there appears to be no action on my ticket on the support site. Can anyone help me with this problem please? Thanks.
