ED Team c0ff Posted January 22, 2013 ED Team Posted January 22, 2013 Would love to see this back, but sadly don't think it's possible with the new one system. Technilcally, it's possible for quite a while now. New sound engine does support streaming playback. However, don't expect anything beyond uncompressed WAV and OGG Vorbis to be supported. If/when our cockpit devs find some time, they may make this feature back. P.S. Software patents should not exist. Dmitry S. ED Team c0ff Posted January 22, 2013 ED Team Posted January 22, 2013 Make a playlist, capture it, convert it to .ogg and rename it noise.ogg and put it in your A-10C sound folder. With radios on flip the squelch button and voilá - your favourite music through the headphones. :D Also, set 'streaming = true' in the corresponging sdef, if you don't want the uncompressed playlist to sit in RAM all the time.
