Building late spawn?

Hey guys!

 

I'm thinking of building a mission with base building and ressource handling(Oil, Electracity). But my Current problem is to spawn forfeitons as late spawn. But when i build in building and late spawn that doesn't work :(

 

Any solution or do i have to cancel that?

The only buildings that can spawn in late are in the "fortifications" category for vehicle groups.
