Many problems..

Hi.

 

I was creating paintjobs in photoshop and I where alt tabbing between photoshop and dcs to cjeck out the plane as I drew.

 

Suddenly photoshop crashes and I have to reboot. Turns out that the scratch disk was full.

 

Now many things are wrong in DCS world, allthough I dont know how much yet. This are the probs I know of atm:

 

1: Logbook was resetted (sorted, I took a previous version of the lua file)

2: Create fast mission button is clickable, but nothing happends

3: Campain is bugged. When I press the mission planner I get an ocean screen where nothing happends.

 

Any ideas?

Ok..

 

I tried reinstalling the game, but that didnt help.

 

So the problem is either in the registry or some file in the users\savefiles are broken.

 

Anyone that can point me to what files in the usersavefiles that controlles mission planner and create fast mission thingy?

I took a backup of all the savefiles. Then I deleted all of the files I suspected I didnt need.

 

Its all working now. Not sure what file thats bugged tho.

Tarpoot, I am new to DCS and have purchased all of the modules. I am certainly in agreement with you there are a number of problems. I have attempted the above suggestions and no joy. I will keep following this thread.
