I've been attempting to reset my password for the main ED site to be able to download my products but when attempting to get an email, I get no response. What gives? My email is the same as the one for this acccount and I would really appreciate some help.

talidor Posted February 8, 2013 Posted February 8, 2013 I have a similar problem since I lost my password and requested a new password but also got no email (also not in spam). I logged on with another email and already filed a ticket a while ago and got no response :(
