Kilo hairline Posted February 3, 2013 Posted February 3, 2013 Using the setup pictured herein and it is working great except there does not seem to be a way to map trim and mixture as axis controls so that I could use my Saitek trim wheel and throttle lever for mixture. I know this is more of an aircraft model thing but the trim axis support would affect at least the p-51 and a-10. Am I missing something?
Suchacz Posted February 4, 2013 Posted February 4, 2013 (edited) There ARE axis for what you mentioned for the Pony. But there are no axis for Hog trimming, just because there are none in real one either. Hog is trimmed by a hat-switch on the stick. Edited February 4, 2013 by Suchacz Per aspera ad astra! Kilo hairline Posted February 4, 2013 Author Posted February 4, 2013 Thanks, I found the trim axis control as you pictured for the p-51 (not available in the A-10???), however, DSC World doesnt recognize my Saitek trim wheel so, for now at least, I am unable to use it for DCS :-( Would be great it they added support for it... Would also be nice to have axis mapping for mixture control in the p-51 so I could map it to my trottle quadrant.
