TrackIR head movement F15

Just got the FC3 installed and encounter a "problem" in the F15.

I am using TrackIR 4 with all the DCS:World modules without any problem.

Even if i fly the Mig29 in FC3 i dont have the following problem.

 

In the F15, i can turn the view horizontally.

The z-axis (zooming in also works).

But when i try to look up or down it doesn't respond.

It looks like something is keeping my view centered.

 

What can i do, to solve this issue?
