I know that this isn't a showstopper bug by any stretch (and it took me a while to catch, being a USN type), but fortunately it's also an easy fix.

 

Right now, the F-15C pilots display the squadron patch on the left shoulder and the aircraft type patch (e.g. Grip Reaper Eagle Driver) on the right shoulder. This should be reversed, as the squadron patch is on the right shoulder (the one without the pencil pocket) and the organizational or aircraft patches go on the left shoulder.

Of course, this is an easy fix: just swap the patches and alpha channels in the appropriate pilot_f15_patch_xx_sqdn.tga.dds file and you'll be fine.

 

The other observation is the Captain rank insignia on the desert flightsuit. The insignia right now is brown, and it should be black. Since the US uses both gold and silver for badges and rank insignia, gold translates to brown and silver to black on desert uniforms. I recommend something like the 2c2d2a shade of black for the desert rank insignia. See below for an example.
