Wich blackshark version get ?

Hi , I have a french boxed copy of BS 1 that I purchased a while ago. I want to take advantage of the sale to upgrade to BS2, but wich version should I get ? it seems to me that all the upgrades are for downloaded versions of BS1. Will i still be able to ugrade my boxed version if I get one of those ?
