Throttle position at Spawn

I have noted a small annoyance. When you Spawn the throttle is at full open regardless of Hotas setting. Not a big deal on the ramp, but if you spawn on the runway you immediately go to full throttle. It would be nice if this were fixed somewhere along the way.

There is a setting in the options menu for slaving the initial controls to the HOTAS position. It works for me.
