Alpine Dog Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 Hi All, I like to play the free SU-25T campaign in DCS World. However, my hub sometimes marks my friendlies as targets (diamond on them). Is this a bug or a setup I did incorrectly? Thanks.
VincentLaw Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 I have not flown the Su-25T much, but do you have the Phatasmagoria ELINT pod equipped? It will automatically mark any radar emitting targets with a diamond, including friendlies. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
maturin Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 The diamond indicates your mission, so your mission may be to defend those units. Or it just locks on to any old thing. Don't pay attention to it,
RagnarDa Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 Yes, ignore the diamond if you are not in SEAD-mode (carrying the Phantasmagoria-pod and pressing I-key). What I do is figure out where the frontline is; using the briefing, the F10 map or watching where they are fighting (muzzle flashes, explosions, burning wrecks). Then I stay over our side of the front line and only do quick attacks over the line. DCS AJS37 HACKERMAN There will always be bugs. If everything is a priority nothing is.
