fred_123 Posted December 13, 2005 Posted December 13, 2005 hi. Just wondering wich progs you use to capture the tracks in the game? or do you use the build in system in lock-on ?
ED Team Glowing_Amraam Posted December 13, 2005 ED Team Posted December 13, 2005 I use FRAPS to record my footage. Bsr.LOCsta uses the in-game .avi tool. I'd say we're the most frequent movie makers around at the moment. Find out which of the 2 programs you would like to use and then feel free to ask either me or LOC, or anyone else on the forum, for help regarding movie making. Cheers https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCgJRhtnqA-67pKmQ3A2GsgA ED youtube channel https://www.facebook.com/glowingamraam My facebook page

Cheers yea, i have tried fraps but that makes so poor quality and it lags so much.. But do you know how to choose where to begin record a track with the video edit option in the game ? finally i was thinking about using "Avid pro" to edit my vids, think that can be pretty cool
ED Team Glowing_Amraam Posted December 13, 2005 ED Team Posted December 13, 2005 Well, yes, you need a beefy system to make good use of fraps, but you can't really complain about quality, as fraps saves the footage as uncompressed .avi clips, same as the in-game renderer i believe. But anyway, if you're going to use the in-game renderer, i can't be of much assistance, as i've never actually used it before. I'm sure LOCsta will be more than happy to help you out.
