A10 undocking views

Hi while watching a lot of YouTube videos for a10 tuition...I feel I'm not getting the full benefit of my track ir 5. When for example I'm preparing for start up...I'm not getting the range of views I would like. In fsx there is an adding called ezdock...this enables u to switch to any part of the cockpit in full hd to program the cdu or whatever. My question is ... How can I look at a panel on its own? Can it be undocked and moved over to another screen. Or is my track ir just not calibrated properly.
